2024 Colorado State Assebmly

April 5 - April 6

Dear Delegates and Alternates,

As the county assemblies draw to a close, our focus now shifts towards the upcoming multi-district higher assemblies scheduled for Friday, April 5th, and the State Assembly on Saturday, April 6th. These assemblzies mark a crucial step in our party’s journey, and we want to ensure that you are well informed and prepared for the events ahead.

On Friday, April 5th, 2024 please note that there will be two locations for the lower assembly:

  • Southwest Motors Event Center at the CO State Fairgrounds (1001 Beulah Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004)
  • Pueblo Convention Center / Heroes Pavilion Entrance (320 Central Main St, Pueblo, CO 81003).

The first lower assemblies will commence promptly at 9:00 am, with credentialing starting an hour earlier, and will continue throughout the day. Please find the detailed schedule for all assemblies attached below for your reference.

On Friday, candidate meet and greets will be arranged interspersed between the assemblies. Additionally, there will be special meet and greet events in the evening specifically for the National Committeewoman race. The National Committeewoman candidates will be disseminating information regarding the locations and timings of the meet-and-greet events.  We highly encourage your attendance at these gatherings to familiarize yourselves with the remarkable candidates vying for these positions.

Furthermore, Heidi Ganahl, representing the Rocky Mountain Voice, will be hosting an informative session to shed light on the offerings of Rocky Mountain Voice. Kindly refer to the attached PDF for more details.

On Saturday, April 6, 2024, the State Assembly will be held at the:

  • Southwest Motors Arena in Pueblo (1001 Beulah Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004).

Check-in and credentialing for the State Assembly will commence at 7:00 A.M. sharp.

  • Please ensure you have your photo ID with you for credentialing, entry to the assembly, and voting purposes.
  • There will be no weapon checks.
  • We are also including a PDF document outlining the credentialing process for the State Assembly, which will guide you through the necessary steps once you arrive on the property.

During the State Assembly, you’ll have the opportunity to explore various vendors and concessions. No outside food or beverages will be permitted at either venue on both Friday and Saturday.

Most importantly, bring your enthusiasm and passion as we celebrate this pivotal time of the year together. The caucus and assembly processes are integral to fortifying the Republican Party’s strength and vitality. Through grassroots activism, networking, and volunteerism, we collectively contribute to the growth of our party.

In essence, these events serve as pillars for constitutional participation, candidate selection, platform shaping, statewide representation, and the overall enhancement of our party’s well-being.
