Congresswoman Boebert Announces Colorado’s Third District’s 2023 Congressional Art Competition! Deadline Extended! Thru May 8th!

Students must have mailed or delivered their artwork to their respective Third Congressional District Regional Office by May 3, 2023.

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (CO-03) announced today that she invites students in ninth grade through twelfth grade to participate in the 2023 Congressional Art Competition. The winning artist’s artwork will be on display for one year in the U.S. Capitol.

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert stated, “The artwork from Colorado students has consistently shined throughout the years of the Congressional Art Competition, and it’s an honor to be serving in the 118th Congress and in position to help select the 2023 winner for Colorado’s Third District. I am always amazed to see the student artwork hanging in the Cannon tunnel as I walk from my office to the House Floor for votes.”

Winners will be announced in May. The winning artist’s artwork will be on display for one year in the U.S. Capitol. In addition to selecting the winning student artwork for national display, Congresswoman Boebert’s office participates in the Congressional Art Competition by displaying three Honorable Mention winners in her Colorado District offices located in Grand Junction, Pueblo, and Durango.
